We are supplied daily by Krimmers Backstub 'so we have fresh & handmade burger rolls! With much love extra baked for us.Regionality & handwork you will find in all other ingredients!
- THE SPICES MAKE
A good patty needs only salt and pepper. No soaked bread, egg, onions or dubious hacki powder. You only need this if you have bad meat or want to make meatballs. Only pyramid salt from India and pepper.
- SOME OF YOU LIKE IT HOT & FATTY
We like it served in Esstemperatur, cooked in the sous vide method. At 52C in a water bath our vacuumed meat cooks at least 2 hours! This flatters the sensitive meat cells, which repays every single ingredient with full taste and perfect consistency. In a nutshell, there is the FRESH HEALTHY BURGER, sometimes with less than 20% fat content!
- MAKE EFFECT ON THE ORIGIN OF MEAT
Because this is not an easy topic with meat and animal husbandry, we have trusted the Farmers' Group right from the start. The Hohenlohe Weiderind comes from species-appropriate and peasant animal husbandry and own animal welfare-appropriate slaughter. Free from antibiotics and genetic engineering. We would not accept something else either.

Relaxed on a bar evening or as a sipping drink to the burger. Gin, Whiskey, Wine, Craft Beer, Limos & our cocktail menu. Everyone will find something here!
You want a 2 cm thick tomato slice? You wanted to roast your meat completely? Another salad? Double Patty? We would not do that, but please. Each as he likes. There is no right or wrong. Except for bid 2: That's always true!
