The museum's founders Indra and Pavil Blaževičiai have always been interested in historical heritage and cultural innovations. Traveling through a guest country, they have repeatedly visited various museums for the different topics to reveal. Families, having looked at all the power of various exhibits, naturally came up with many thoughts. What could be a family-owned museum? Who can combine different age family members? Fun? Toys?? Toys and Games! Thus, after the birth of a new idea, the dissertation written by Pavel Blaževicius was designed to reveal the value and universality of the toy as an object of science, studying the history of human life. So, with the accumulation of historical knowledge luggage and archeological treasures, and with the help of creativity, a number of helpers and an innovative approach to education, the museum's door opened in December 2012.

Thus, with the accumulation of historical knowledge, archeological treasures, powerful sence of creativity, a number of helpers and an innovative approach to education, the museum's doors opened in December 2012.
