Our company stands in a tower dating back to the 16th century. Legends tell of a treasure hidden there. "Lu darling ti lu Cardu", as it was then called, is still kept here somewhere, perhaps in the shade of an ancient olive tree, protected by the spell of the brigands who buried here in the late 1800s. Today we offer our guests our version of the "treasure ti lu cardu" represented by the products we produce with care and wisdom, such as oil and jams.
