The house transformed in the B & B "Civico 51", originally from the 30s, now completely renovated is located in a quiet area on the north-east side of the city of Udine, between Piazzale Chiavris and Piazzale Osoppo.

POSITION The location allows you to walk to the historic center as well as the Civil Hospital, the Giovanni da Udine Theater, the Palamostre theater and some university buildings.

CONNECTIONS The area is well served by public transport (the bus stop n.7 that takes you to the train station is a few meters from the house) and in the immediate vicinity you can find numerous public businesses such as newsagent, supermarket, bakery, pastry shop, rotisserie, bar, petrol station and pharmacy.

STRUCTURE The house is completed with a large garden and 3 private parking spaces available to guests. It has three bright rooms: one double with twin beds and two large double bedrooms, one with the possibility of adding a third bed. Each room has a comfortable and equipped private bathroom. The breakfast room is located on the ground floor but for guests of the triple room you can have breakfast even in the intimate hallway in front of the room itself. The entire floor of the rooms benefits from the floor heating system for greater customer comfort.
