Brasserie du Quai

The new Namur address opened yesterday. At the foot of the Luxembourg Bridge, on the banks of the Meuse, a terrace and a room all in length. And a very brewery card. Nothing like trying the croquettes shrimp duet and melted parmesan, followed by an American homemade mayo fries. A dish of the day is planned. A beautiful place that complements the specifications set by the City for the residential complex of Port du Bon Dieu. The latter, who today, deserved his name. The Brasserie du Quai is part of Ambiance Brasserie, a group created by Thierry Vandamme and Michel Grenier.
