The Bullerei We are the original of Tim Mälzer and Patrick Rüther. Since 2009 we show in the former and listed slaughterhouse in Hamburg's Schanzenviertel that good food can be fun without frills and does not have to stand out.


We are DELI & RESTAURANT under one roof. Down to earth, creative and international, we cook with the best products from producers of our trust.


The deli The Deli opens every day at 11:00. Monday to Friday from 12: 00-15: 00 clock we offer a changing lunch with vegetarian, pasta, meat and fish. Our classics such as burgers, homemade bolognese or a light bull food are of course always there. From 15:30 there's the evening menu with Italian classics, German home cooking and much of the grill. In good weather, we barbecue stylish on our large summer terrace and let the soul. On Saturdays and Sundays we always have the evening menu ready from 12:00 o'clock.


The restaurant From Monday to Saturday from 18 clock and Sunday from 17 clock opens the restaurant in the rear of the Bullerei. Best meat from the grill and fine creations shake hands. Even meatless, we can be happy - a vegetarian evening in the bulldozer is worthwhile. Notorious, tasty and always different is our surprise menu - just sit back and let us do it. In three or four courses we cook seasonal classics and open the horizon of your taste buds again and again with unexpected combinations. Our daily specials are different every day and offer the opportunity to enjoy together. From the pasture, from the sea - just ask our service. At the Golden Bar of our restaurant bar you can drink, eat and hold Hamburger Klönschnack. Here you have enough space and a full overview of our evening happenings - really good.

At the Bolzerei, the Allstars Bulldozer kicked off the Placebo Kickers for a good cause every year - led by head coach Tim Mälzer. Together with the club children, the football event of the city will rise on the day of German unity.
