Hotel Barba is a newly opened hotel in Starigrad Paklenica, a town located ten kilometers from the A1 motorway (Zagreb-Split). Distance from your own beach is only 40 meters, 300 meters from the center and 350 meters from the large hotel-camping complex Alan. One of the most beautiful beaches on the northern Adriatic coast is Jaz Beach, 1600 meters from the property, and the entrance to Paklenica National Park is only 2200 meters away. The hotel has 18 rooms, free parking, free WIFI (broadband internet) in all facilities, and a new LED TV with 80 satellite and terrestrial channels. Each room has a modern air conditioning. To prepare the most quality meals, our facility serves daily menus for lunch and dinner. Choose between two or three kinds of dishes prepared by our chef using local and continental OPG products and enjoy Croatian cuisine specialties. Lunch is served buffet style (buffet).

ACTIVE HOLIDAY! We recommend mountain climbing and mountain climbing on Velebit and Paklenica National Park (5 minutes drive from the hotel), one of the most popular free climbing destinations in Europe. For those who love caves, the Manita Peak (570 m nmv) - a cave in the very heart of Paklenica is best known for its monogamous cave animals. The best place for rafting and canoeing is the river Zrmanja (15 minutes drive from the hotel). Feel the adventure by driving through a 12 km long canyon of untouched nature accompanied by licensed skippers and a drink of encouragement. In front of the building there are several biking and hiking trails (hike and bike), with a total length of about 120 km. All the courses are ranked by weight and theme so you can choose the ideal one for you!

EXCURSIONS NATIONAL! At just an hour's drive from the hotel there are as many as 5 national parks of Croatia - the pearls of our natural heritage: Krka, Kornati, Sj. Velebit, Paklenica and Plitvice Lakes. NP Plitvice Lakes are the largest, oldest and most visited national park in Croatia. Take a look at as many as 16 lakes connected by cascades and waterfalls, including the Great Waterfall (78 m) - the largest waterfall in Croatia. Duration of excursion: 6-7h. For all those adventurous spirits near Plitvice, there is Sj. Velebit in which is Lukina pit - one of the deepest pits in the world. Also near the park is the bear-bearer Kuterevo, the first such thing in Croatia. Duration of the trip 4-5h. NP Krka (near Šibenik) is famous for the second oldest hydroelectric power plant in the world and the beautiful Skradinski buk in front of which you can swim! Duration of excursion: 4 h. Do not forget the Paklenica (right next to the hotel) - the most famous free climbing destination in this part of Europe (duration of trips: 2-4h). WELLNESS & SPA! We recommend a visit to the NP Kornati, an island that consists of 89 islets and pearls of the Croatian Adriatic. During the excursion, there is secured lunch on the boat and swimming on the pristine beaches of Kornati. Duration of excursion: 8-10 h. If you want to visit the Zrmanja River and swim in the Novigrad Sea, we will have a half-day boat trip starting directly in front of the hotel. We can also organize fishing in the Velebit Channel or a short ride (2h) to the Maslenica Bridge. For the youngest, we have prepared a mini submarine (a glass bottom boat) that is right next to the hotel.
