The BEST WESTERN Krakow Old Town Hotel provides excellent working conditions, a unique place to relax and a pleasant atmosphere of business meetings in the heart of Krakow. The hotel is located in the very center of Krakow, just 5 minutes walk from the Main Market Square on one of the main streets of the Old Town.

The hotel offers 91 rooms in two interconnected buildings. 74 STANDARD and LUX rooms are located in a classic Krakow tenement house in a traditional style, the remaining 18 PREMIUM and SUPERIOR rooms are located in the modern, avant-garde Jazz wing. Elevator is only in the standard part. All rooms are equipped with LCD TV, telephone, radio, hairdryer and free Internet connection. Air conditioning is only available in the Jazz section.

The conference facilities allow you to organize professional trainings or conferences as well as small business meetings.

The hotel has an elegant Monopol restaurant, serving delicious Polish and European cuisine and a Drink Bar offering a wide selection of drinks, drinks, cocktails and desserts. The spacious restaurant room allows you to organize banquets, receptions, weddings and other special events.

Additional services

The hotel has its own parking. The cost of leaving the car in the car park is PLN 50 per day for passenger cars, PLN 120 for minibuses and coaches. We work with a taxi corporation - you can order a taxi through the reception. We also organize pickup from the airport or station.

We provide easy access to tourist attractions thanks to regular trips organized by a professional tourist office.

Restaurant Monopol invites between the hours of 15.00 and 23.00, Drink Bar is open from 12:00 to 23:00.

In the summer season, we invite you to the garden, where you can relax outside in traditional Polish delicacies and chilled beverages.

The hotel staff can provide meals to the room as part of the room service.

On request, we offer a wake-up service, thanks to which you can be sure that you will never sleep for an important meeting.
