It is in the heart of La Cumbre away from noise and stress; in an English-style mansion from the beginning of the last century, where sobriety, elegance and fine decoration come together to give way to a hotel with its own personality, which invites you to relax and enjoy a natural environment, where there is only place for pleasure and relaxation.

It is located on Calle Belgrano 602, in front of the Iglesia del Carmen, four hundred meters from the Bus Terminal, three hundred from the center and one hundred and fifty from the Golf, so you do not need the car to get around.

It has a flat park of 10,000 m2, which can be covered comfortably, as well as the facilities inside that are on one floor, which makes the hotel a comfortable place for the elderly and children.

Villa Art has ten double, triple and quadruple rooms, an en suite apartment and a cabin within the premises, with a total capacity for 40 people. All rooms have private bathroom, central heating and one of them is prepared for people with reduced mobility.

Each of the rooms has its own personality, decorated with different colors so that each guest can choose the one in which they feel most comfortable. All have a view, some to the valley and others to the park. The calm and silence are always present in all of them, allowing a real rest.
