Hotel de Rome

The Hotel de Rome is located on Bebelplatz, in the immediate vicinity of the splendid boulevard Unter den Linden. The historic, beautifully restored building, which was built in 1889 by architect and master builder Ludwig Heim, was until 1945 the headquarters of Dresdner Bank. It is one of the few luxury hotels in Berlin, which is located in an original building and provides the guest with its architectural wealth an authentic experience of this city.

The artful classic style of the original building was combined with contemporary flair by designer Tommaso Ziffer, who also designed the interior of the Hotel de Russie in Rome. He was assisted by the architects Aukett + Heese, Olga Polizzi and their designer team from Rocco Forte Hotels.
