Colo da Garça was the name given to the one who was crowned queen after she died, by the comparison between her beauty and that of the heron, particularly her slender neck. The Colo da Garça restaurant is a modern and functional restaurant with a capacity for 120 people. It has a modern kitchen and an appealing dining room.

The "Real Prince" is the modern bar of the Hotel, especially designed for the conviviality to the sound of an amena music. This bar has a menu that is characterized by its varied "coctails", alcoholic or not, "short drinks" or "long drinks".

Also responding to the needs of companies and institutions, Hotel Dona Inês has a number of meeting rooms, from a capacity of 20 to 500 people.
