Hotel Sabotin

Hotel and Restaurant Sabotin are located on the main road through Solkan, from Nova Gorica on the way to Posočje. The hotel has 3 stars and is a small suburban hotel with 68 rooms. It is housed in a building from the second half of the 18th century. It is open daily from 24.00 to 00.00. The Istrian restaurant is located inside the hotel and is also open every day of the week (11: 00-22: 00, Saturdays until 23:00). In addition to the classical offer, we focus on the preparation of seasonal and local food, and several times a year we have special offers (Šumadijska kuhinja, Gobova kuhinja, ...). Every day we offer delicious snacks and lunches. We also bake pizzas :) There are many different art exhibitions and other events in the hotel several times a year.
