The hotel is located in Rodopi Park and is located 300 meters east of the main road between the Zdravets chalet and the White Church. The holiday base has an area of ​​almost 54 decares, most of it is wooded with coniferous massifs, the built-up part is made up of two massive five-storey and four-storey buildings connected by a warm connection that make up the holiday complex.
