The Borgo del Fattore awaits you near Foligno, in the true heart of Umbria. Our passion is to produce olive oil in the ancient mill of the seventeenth century, recently renovated. You can taste the oils of our production, award-winning in Italy and in the world, and discover the secrets of their production.

Nearby, just ten minutes by car, you can visit the villages of our valley: Assisi, UNESCO World Heritage Site, Spello, Bevagna and Montefalco, classified among "The most beautiful villages in Italy".

Our service includes a rich breakfast; you can taste the traditional sweets prepared by Mamma Marcella with the aromatic oils of our mill. Private parking is reserved for our guests.
