Jauja Restaurant and Parrilla is one of the oldest and traditional restaurants of San Carlos de Bariloche, with more than 30 years of uninterrupted activity. This has led him to have a very careful treatment to the client and a very extensive letter, with the desire to offer variety and service, both to the tourist and the resident; that is why, in our letter, apart from the traditional cuts of the Argentine grill and its special Patagonian lamb, you will see two types of trout from the area, Chilean salmon, Spanish squid, squid, prawns and Atlantic cod. Typical dishes of European cuisine alternate with deer and wild boar hunting cuts.
