Kunstliefde

Kunstliefde, Space for Fine Arts, offers a varied exhibition program focusing on contemporary art, Utrecht artists and young makers. In addition, Fellowship of Art, founded in 1807, is one of the oldest artists' associations in the Netherlands. Kunstliefde is organizer of the Utrechtse Atelierroute and UtrechtDownUnder (Actual art in special locations in Utrecht), and initiator of the Art Utrecht platform.

In 1807 Kunstliefde was founded as a Teekengootschap. The association consists of over 110 professional visual artists from Utrecht and from the rest of the country. In addition, the society knows about 200 art-interested members of art.

There are regularly organized stage nights and courses. Non-members are also welcome to these activities. When you join Art Liefde, you will receive the Newsletter monthly with information about all exhibitions and activities. Artificial members receive discounts when purchasing works of art. For artists there is a ballotage.

Art love works a lot with other art institutions in the city and beyond.

For more than 10 years, Kunstliefde 'De Belofte' has organized a project for recently graduated artists, giving them the opportunity to work together for an exhibition. For this exhibition, new work is being made. In the period there is professional guidance from Art Liefde by professionals from the art circuit.   At Kunstliefde there are about 40 volunteers active. In addition, there are some part-time paid forces, including the business leader for the daily business.
