The project is divided into three parts: a cafe, a restaurant, a wine bar. Brand chefs are also three, and their track record deserves a separate discussion. Ivan Pizzoni oversees a cafe and wine bar. Marco Gubiotti and Andrea Santilli are responsible for everything that happens in the kitchen of the restaurant. During their departures, the main ones are chef Andrea Impero and pastry chef Tommaso Brunelli. But all in order ...

There is a cafe on the ground floor of the Maritozzo, where, like in the best Italian traditions, guests are offered everything at once: breakfast, lunch, sandwiches, desserts, coffee and designer cocktails. Already at the entrance, the dizzying smell of baking and freshly brewed coffee literally knocks down. Some ancient Italian magic obviously works here, because it is impossible to simply leave this kingdom of tastes and aromas. By the way, the dishes here you can take with you and tease others.

On the second level there is a restaurant and a wine bar. The combination of strict classics and Italian temperament ultimately gives the desired result - the dishes in the restaurant’s menu are captured first by sight and then by taste. The project works on the popular European system: from 12 to 18 for an abbreviated daily menu, and after 18 in full.

The stylish wine bar is designed in a way that suits both large companies and those who consider themselves introverts. This space has its own menu and its own wine laws, which the sommelier team helps to study. The emphasis in the wine list is made, of course, on Italy, but not without the Old and New Worlds. Drink offer in glasses, bottles, boxes, depending on the goal. Prices start at 2500 rubles per bottle and from 550 rubles per glass.

Designed by Mauro Angelini, who created a unique space in the center of which flaunts an open kitchen by Andrea Viakawa. While working on the project, Mauro paid special attention to space geometry and lighting. In each hall, on the stairs, on the facade, the light plays by its rules. In general, the interior turned out to be open, free and, in a good sense of the word, simple. There is no screaming heavy suite, although some details are still given out in this modest real Italian aristocrat.

P. S. Maritozzo - Italian cake, which, according to tradition, the grooms gave to the chosen ones, hiding wedding rings in them. Dolce vita!
