The Mühlerama is an experience for all the senses:
The mill is running! Leather straps siren, grain trickles through the wooden downpipes, it rattles, shakes and stamps on all four floors. With sophisticated technical equipment, the millennial mill turns the grain into flour. The Mühlerama is a museum to marvel at, but also to tackle: grind grain on a mill bike, play a different mill game, or glide down the spiraling slide like a flour sack. The permanent exhibition provides information on the cultural history of the grain and its importance as a staple food. There are annually changing special exhibitions around nutrition instead.
For children and adult groups, bread-making workshops, guided tours, children's birthday parties and much more are offered. And the nostalgic bakery is also available for aperitifs and dinners.
