The oldest of our cars was built in 1897 and, like most cars in the Tram Museum Zurich, is still roadworthy and occasionally on the Museum Line 21. There is much to discover in the Tram Museum: from engines and ticket machines to uniforms and archives, to the model tram system and the rolling Baby Cobra tram. Memories are awakened in the old tram depot. The permanent exhibition not only shows the technology and achievements of the tram, but also tells stories about the city of Zurich and the people in the tram. The museum shop also offers a wide range of specialist literature, postcards, models and souvenir items.
