Bun is a fine, golden rind, with a soft texture, usually used for hamburgers. At Papa Boun the classics are revisited and brought up to date, with a touch of modernity, color, and mignonnerie.
So the Boun in its salty version is a bun bread with original and gourmet recipes. Hamburger hamburger and its classic ketchup-mustard are replaced by more varied, more original, more modern products.
The sweet Boun meanwhile is a mini bread bun of unctuous smoothness, filled and frozen delicious and tasty recipes imagined by our pastry chef Julien Abourmad.
