PROPAGANDA gastro bar is a new spot on a culinary map of Swinoujscie! Newly opened gastro bar follows a new breed of minimalistic places in Poland and combines a good mix of industrial ambience and intentionally old-style décor having its roots in the past era of Communism. The establishment is furnished modestly, with simple tall stools around the bar and tables and also an old fashioned couch and armchairs. Propaganda gastro bar offers two menus: one is very simple and consists of several appetizers that accompany a drink, usually vodka. The most popular besides trio of herring are steak tartare, black & white sausage, chicken in aspic, sour rye soup and few others (all at the price of 2 euro). The other menu offers an extensive range of freshly prepared meals for food lovers who like to dine out for little money: selection of freshly made salads with grilled meats, smoked salmon or baked beetroot with smoked cheese and also oven baked ribs, juicy grilled tenderloin. These are seleceted by the London based chef who is mixing his passion for food with the treasures of Poland’s culinary culture.
