In 2013 Patrizia, Salvo and Michela bought a property close to the historic center of Perugia and decided to restructure it, finalizing it to create a small accommodation facility.

In the first days of May 2013, the final projects are presented to the competent authorities for the construction of 19 beds and a restaurant inside the structure.

On May 20, 2013 work began on the total renovation of the building for the construction of 9 rooms with private bathroom, a reception, a common room, a common relaxation room, a laundry and the arrangement of the large garden.

In July 2014, the first phase of expansion began for the construction of a restaurant and a parking lot.

In March 2015, the construction of the new building begins for the construction of another 2 bedrooms with private bathroom, in a first step, and another 6 rooms with private bathroom, in a subsequent step.

In May 2016 the renovation work, the construction of the restaurant, the parking area, the first construction step and the arrangement of the green areas are finally completed.
