Restoran CRU

Based on the historical milieu of the marvelous Old Town of Tallinn, our goal is to find a boundary between classical and modern cuisine, which makes the experience in the Cru restaurant truly timeless. The chef of the Cru Restaurant is a highly respected Dmitri Haljukov, who is also the Estonian representative for the 2014 Chef's Olympics at Bocuse d'Or.

The two interior halls have been renovated, staying true to the original design of the building from the 15th century and creating an authentic late-medieval atmosphere. The outdoor terrace and patio provide the opportunity to spend time in the old town's main street or in a quiet side yard. There is also an excellent wine cellar in the restaurant.
