The Turandot restaurant, which opened on Tverskoy Boulevard in December 2005, immediately became a fashionable place and one of the main attractions of our capital - not only gastronomic, but also architectural. A must-see, along with the Kremlin, the Bolshoi Theater and the Tretyakov Gallery.

A large two-story space hiding behind the walls of a modest mansion was built and decorated for almost five years. The name of the institution refers the enlightened guests to the play of the same name by Karl Gozzi, the play by Evgeny Vakhtangov and the opera by Giacomo Puccini. The legend of love of the Chinese princess Turandot and the Tatar prince Calaf is reflected in the romantic aura of this place. “The restaurants of Andrei Dellos are a fairy tale, a utopia, a creative reaction to the boring technological reality around us” - one of the reviews in the gastronomic press fully applies to Turandot.

The interior of the restaurant was created in the late Baroque style - “Chinoiserie” (from French chinois, Chinese). Here are the old French tapestries and English watches, eight working fireplaces and a crystal chandelier in the spirit of the era of Louis XIV, antique Venetian mirrors, German porcelain, wrought-iron grilles of Tula gunsmiths. All this harmoniously coexists with a bar of carved glass, resembling a futuristic object or a work of modern art.

On the first floor "Turandot" - lounge-zone with its pleasant atmosphere, on the second - a classic restaurant. Private rooms can be booked on both floors.    The restaurant offers Pan-Asian and European cuisine. Traditional dishes are side by side with the author's ideas. Exotic ingredients and original flavor combinations are a continuation of the game, the rules of which are set by an eclectic interior.

While remaining a fashionable and relevant place, Turandot constantly surprises its regulars. Jazz nights are held here, special menus are offered, a cocktail menu is updated.               In "Turandot" they are able to adequately receive guests. In the restaurant, you can comfortably hold both an official meeting with a strict protocol and a cheeky bachelor party.
