In our BIOSTERIA we cook everything that we produce in the garden: we offer complete and balanced VEGAN meals, accompanying our guest to advance not only in the flavors but in the reasons for the choice of the menu. We use whole wheat flour Cappelli and spelled and our pasta is bronze drawn: we cultivate and use ancient local horticultural varieties, for the protection of biodiversity.    Our guests can stay in ROOMS simple and comfortable, bright and furnished with wooden furniture of craftmanship.
