Agriturismo Santo Stefano

The cottage has been recently renovated maintaining its rustic characteristics and preserving the original stone. The floors are in Umbrian terracotta, the ceilings are made of typical beams and rafters in exposed wood. The two main lodgings are on the ground floor and are served by independent entrances.

The other apartments are on the first floor served by an internal staircase. The apartments are 4, 3 of which have a kitchen / living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, and 1 has a kitchen / living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The interiors have been furnished directly by the owners who personally follow the management and are always available to make the holiday as pleasant as possible. The apartments are available all year round for short stays and all are equipped with independent heating.

The farmhouse has been recently restored with the original stone. The broad terracotta-tiled flooring and the wood ceilings created in simple and pleasant ambience. The two main apartments on the ground floor have independent entrances; the other two, which you can reach by the outdoor stairway, are located on the first floor. Three of our four apartments: kitchen / living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom with shower.

The interiors have been furnished by the owners, who are waiting for the management and are always available for you. The apartments are always available in the year, also for short stays, and they all have an independent central heating.
