Bar Restaurant Makoto

MAKOTO - a bar-restaurant of Japanese cuisine in Moscow. The cuisine of the restaurant is restaurateur Fedor Slutsky. In close collaboration with invited Japanese chefs, he creates original Japanese and fusion dishes. There are rare specialties and recipes of absolutely new dishes for Moscow gourmets in the menu of MAKOTO. These are appetizers of scallops, marbled meat and stingray wings, and rare species of Japanese fish (kinki, hockey (black rasp), black cod). There are traditional Japanese snacks, sushi, sashimi and Japanese marbled beef steaks.
