STRONG PARENTS - BETTER CHILDREN

The Child Welfare Association (BF) is Finland's oldest child welfare organization founded in 1893. We work for a better childhood, a stronger parenting and a child-friendly society. BF works professionally in Swedish and Finnish with a staff of about 120 employees.

The Children's Hospital Association is home to an orphanage and several day care centers and offices in Helsinki. We also provide support and advice to children and families who experience everyday life as challenging, for example due to divorce or neuropsychiatric problems. We are increasingly working in the schools to support the well-being of children and young people there. The Holiday and Course Center Högsand in Hanko is also part of us.

We emphasize the importance of preventive measures and want to support children and parents at the earliest possible stage. As Finland's only Swedish child welfare organization, we have a special responsibility to produce Swedish-language services for children and families. We also train staff in the industry.

VAHVEMPI VANHEMMUUS - PAREMPI LAPSUUS

The child care association (BF) on Suomen vanhin lastensuojelujärjestö, perustettu 1893. Teemme asiantuntemuksella työtä paremman lapsuuden, vahvemman vanhemmuuden ja lapsiystävällisemmän yhteiskunnan puolesta, sekä ruotsiksi että suomeksi.

BF: ssä tuemme lapsia ja perheitä jotka kokevat arjen haastavaksi, esimerkiksi eron kohdatessa tai neuropsykiatristen vaikeuksien takia. Salary sijaishuoltoa Töölön lastenkodissa ja leiri- ja majoituspalveluita loma- ja kurssikeskus Högsandissa Hangossa. Tämän lisäksi meillä on ruotsinkielisiä päiväkoteja ja iltapäiväkerhoja Helsingissä. Teemme myös työtä ruotsinkielisissä kouluissa loads ja kind of tueksi.

If you have any problems, then the tukemis mahdollisimman varhaisessa vaiheessa. Kohderyhmänä ovat ruotsin- ja suomenkieliset lapset, perheet ja alan ammattihenkilöstö. Yhdistyksellä on noin 120 työntekijää.
