Bartogay Reservoir, Almaty Region

Bartogay Reservoir is a well known tourism destination in Kazakhstan. Apart from offering beautiful landscapes to take pictures, do hiking, swimming and picnicking, this place is of great benefit to the nature of Kazakhstan. Its area is 13 km² large with a water volume of 320 million m³ (usable volume 250 million m³).
