Over eight years the BOZAR CINEMA department of the Centre for Fine Arts has developed the broad outlines of an impressive range of programming that appeals both to the general public and to film enthusiasts, as well as to a public fascinated by multimedia developments. This has won the Centre for Fine Arts a unique position in the Brussels film landscape, in part because of the Centre's unique multidisciplinary nature.
The BOZAR CINEMA department was established in 2004 with a view to developing the role of film and video within the Centre for Fine Arts, in conjunction with other artistic disciplines and in collaboration with the Royal Belgian Film Archive.
