Golf Gerre Losone

The course, designed by Peter Harradine and opened in September 2001, is mostly flat and suitable for players of all levels. The fairways meander in a natural environment of rare beauty. Lakes, streams and fast greens help to ren-dere the game more enjoyable and interesting. The 18 holes (PAR 71) are immersed in a picturesque valley surrounded by mountains and hills are home every year national and international competitions for amateurs and professionals. This year the Golf Gerre Losone will host the "DEUTSCHE BANK LADIES 'SWISS OPEN". The tournament, which will benefit from wide media coverage, it is the third most important golf event organized in Europe.

The Club House, simple and elegant, has a large terrace and is the ideal meeting place to sample the refined cuisine of the restaurant in a convivial and relaxed.

The training facilities are suitable to meet every need and include a large driving range with covered and grass beaters, a pitching green for the short game and two putting greens. Our teachers, Sabina Blok, Gustavo Camara, Marco Melik, are disposed position for classes, meeting the needs of newcomers and capable golfers. Technological facilities available are at the forefront.

Golf Gerre Losone has over 450 affiliated members divided into active members, passive, juniors, hotel and temporary members. A 'wide range of possibilities and methods of payment are designed to meet every need. The procedure for becoming a member is estre-tremely simple and fast and very attractive conditions being the Right to Play and marketable transferable without any amount repayable.
