We love the earth and its fruits: the sweetness of the apples and the firm smell of parsley, the taste of the garlic crushed on the chopper and the juice of freshly picked tomatoes.

We love to cook with all the senses: to caress the vegetables before putting them on the table, to breathe the garden smell, to sip out the chicken in the oven, to listen to the mourning of the water that turns into soup, but especially to taste. We taste the food with our eyes closed and let us carry on its story, just as a child lets go of the words of his mother.

We receive with open arms everything that nature offers and turn into food with joy. Sometimes they'll hear us sing when we cook and if you're careful, you'll hear the music in the food we put on your plate.

We are a bunch of cheerful and good people, with lust for life and tasty food. The joy of cooking has gathered in the same place, around the one who sees his dream grow up, like a Beautiful Fat. Chef Elena Pădurariu is the soul of this place on Copou Hill, it is salt and pepper in our kitchen and good source of energy. She is in love with food and endowed with the gift of conveying love further.

From her we learned to play in the kitchen, to be creative, hospitable and to receive everything with the smile on my lips. For when you are filled with joy, everything is easier and brighter people. Inspired by her optimism, we take our mission with pleasure: to bring joy to the souls of men through each dish we place on their tables.

We took the name from the gourmet, the richest month of the year, when the earth produces the most and nature reaches its climax; for so we feel all the year: lively and dear. We are waiting for you, to enjoy the taste of dishes made with love!
