Hótel Varmaland

Hotel Varmaland is a new hotel in Iceland and a new option in Icelandic tourism. The hotel is in an Icelandic / Scandinavian style. It is located in West-Iceland, in a small village called Varmaland, only few minutes from the main road nr.1 and ca. one hour drive from Reykjavik capital area.

The hotel is situated in a historical building, combing the history and modern facilities makes Hotel Varmaland a unique experience. Our goal is to connect our hotel to the surroundings and find inspiration in local farmers, history and products. It is ideal for travelers that want to relax in a beautiful surrounding or pack your day with adventure. You can take the advantage of an outdoor swimming pool in a walking distance close to the hotel.

The hotel will have a lobby bar, breakfast and dining room on the top 4 th floor for 150 guests serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with a fantastic view over Borgarfjordur.

Group Menu will be available and booked in advance and a la carte for guests. All day tours can be booked at the hotel at the Tour Desk in reception or send us a request and we will assist you before your arrival.
