From Spello in a few minutes by car you can reach all the main Umbrian towns. The thirty-three rooms of the Hotel are divided into four different types, overlooking the Umbrian landscape, marked by the green-black of the cypresses and the green-gray of the olive trees. The restaurant, a favorite meeting place for an international level clientele, offers a revisited cuisine of the territory, with ancient recipes of centuries and modern creations, based on raw materials produced and researched with care and love.
