Our Little Villa is a recently renovated 19th century house in an abandoned village Dabovi located 8 km from the center of Novalja. The house is secluded, away from the main road 400 m and just as much from the beautiful bay with the beach. There are no other buildings between the house and the beach. During the planning we have kept the details of the traditional seaside house, and at the same time have all the comforts for a pleasant stay of the guests. The small villa is conceived as a ground floor with entry space, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa set-up couch, satellite TV, fireplace, and toilet and pantry. From the living room you come out to the terrace of the surface cca 25 m2 on which there is a sitting set and barbecue. On the floor are two spacious rooms with large double beds and sea views and two modernly equipped bathrooms. The small villa is air-conditioned and has floor and ceiling heating, so it is suitable for a pleasant stay in the winter period. We can provide our guests with complete relaxation from the city noise, noise and stress of everyday life. The only thing that can awaken you in the morning is the sheep and the sound of the trimmers, nothing more. Guests can relax on the walks and ride bicycles on the well-kept and unspoiled trails or by the nearby bay. We recommend a visit of centuries-old olive groves in the 8 km distant Lun, ancient watercourse and remains of the Roman basilica in Novalja. For young people, looking for crazy fun in the season, we recommend day or night outing in dozens of miles distant clubs at the world famous party destination Zrce. While staying on the island of Pag, gourmets will certainly come to theirs enjoying the famous cheese, cheese, lamb, or in fresh seafood and fish in one of the taverns or restaurants on the island.

While renovating the house we kept all the details of the traditional seaside house and at the same time managed to offer the comfort for a pleasant stay of our guests. "Little Villa" has been designed as one-floor house: on the ground floor there is a hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with pull-out sofa, SAT TV, a fireplace, a toilet and a storage room. From the living room you can walk onto the 25-sqm terrace that has sitting and grill facilities. On the first floor there are two large sea-facing bedrooms with king-size beds and two modern bathrooms. "Little Villa" is air-conditioned and has floor and ceiling heating that make the stay pleasant even in the winter time. To all our guests we could offer a complete rest from the stress and noise of everyday life. The only mornig distraction could be the sound of sheep or crickets, nothing else. Our guests could enjoy long walks, bike rides through the paths and nature itself, swimming at the nearby beach. We recommend the visit to the centuries-old olive groves that are located at the place called Lun (8 km away from the house), ancient aquaduct and the remains of the Roman basilica in Novalja. For the young guests who are fond of great entertainment day and night during the high season we would like to recommend the visit to the clubs that are some 10 km away - to the famous party destination Zrče. Spending the holidays on the island of Pag, the gourmands will indulge in the famous cheese, roasted lamb or fresh sea food and fish at numeorus island restaurants.
