Mil Novecientos Cuatro Restaurante

Mil Nine Hundred Four Restaurant (name that honors the year of foundation of this wonderful province) was born in December 1973 with the aim of being the place chosen by family and friends to meet and enjoy the best cuisine. Our modern and avant-garde decoration, exhibits a wonderful Mural by the artist Carlos Juárez. The work realized under the technique collage and oil on canvas, was named by its author with the name Mural el Tayil (*) and was installed in October 2015 in one of the main walls of the room. It stands out for its Contemporary Patagonian Cuisine, highlighting aromas, flavors and textures of the main ingredients of the region. The presentation of their dishes alludes to the rusticity of the Valley, using woods, foundries and iron pots in them, in counterpoint with the restaurant's Scandinavian-style decoration, achieving at the same time, a harmony to enjoy the lunches and dinners overlooking the garden that arises from the ground floor. It proposes a national wine list, emphasizing the ascending Patagonian wines.

(*) The Tayil is the song that the women and machis of the native peoples of Patagonia raise to heaven, on the occasion of festive gatherings. Conjure good luck, celebrate life, friendship, nature, good crops and ancestral lineages.
