Mirage Paddleboard Sup School

Basic Course: Approaching the Sup, with 3 consecutive non-consecutive hours, provide basic balance and basic technique, concept of equipment, table and water safety. (120 €, including card and attestation of participation) Advanced Course: 3 consecutive non-consecutive course with Race tables, race paging technique skills, use of the body on the board, boa racing and pre-race training. (120 € including card and advanced course certificate) Personal Training: Training with Cardio Frequency Meter, Repeated Gps, Training in Any Condition, Race Preparation, Functional Workout and Indoboard Usage. (200 €, 10 outputs including equipment) Initiation at the Sup One Tantum, 30 € (one-off) 40 minutes. Fitness Ride in group (4 people 80e total including equipment)
