Muzeum na kółkach

Our project shows the history of Polish Jews, who before the Second World War were 10%. the population of Poland. You will know the story of a thousand years of their history in brief. On a model of a typical Jewish village you will discover the role of the most important places. We will tell about the colorful period of the interwar period, presenting the life of the Polish Jews of that time and the languages ​​they spoke. Or maybe you want to share your story or ask a question? This will also serve one of the installations. Visiting the exhibition is also accompanied by many activities: workshops, discussions and film screenings.

The museum on wheels will visit mainly towns with up to 50 thousand inhabitants and selected cultural festivals. Each of these places will be occupied for three days. Visiting exhibitions and participating in animated classes is free of charge.

The launch of the project will take place on June 26, 2014 in Warsaw and from there the container with the exhibition will start on the route. In 2015, "Museum on Wheels" will visit 22 cities in the north and north of Poland
