Muzeum řemesel Letohrad

The Museum of Crafts was opened on May 18, 2000. It is located in the preserved area of ​​the New Court from 1750. The flat 1750 m2 is the largest museum of its kind in the Czech Republic. It includes more than 50 complete exhibitions of crafts and trades from the period 1840 - 1930. Apart from relatively well-known professions like carpenter or carver, he also presents the work of spinner, wheelchair, coopers, shingles and many others. Among the most interesting exhibits are carved mechanical open-air museums, mechanic workshops, pilots with three functional cats and a 100-year-old school class and new dental and gynecological surgery. After visiting the museum, visitors can sit in the stylish New York Restaurant, which is located in the same building as the Museum.
