SAULA

Restaurant SAULA presents our creative, seasonal, modern Lithuanian cuisine, which uses the local farmers in Lithuania to grow / produce milk, meat, fish and other products that we are proud of. In the restaurant "SAULA" we bake bread, we boil jams and tires, we cultivate herbs in our own garden. The environment of the restaurant "SAULA" is a reflection of the old Lithuanian characters, symbols, elements in the modern interior of the modern style. Furniture made of Lithuanian oak, luminaires - interpretation of traditional straw garden, presentation of waitresses 'aprons - Lithuanian designers' works ... XVI-XVII c. In the time period of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, the Small Guild and the Guild of Merchants were located in these premises. Around them life is booming - merchant shops, warehouses (called "imba-ambar"), craftsmen's shops, shopping malls, and markets.

Our restaurant interior is a modern reflection of old Lithuanian signs, symbols and elements. The furniture was made from Lithuanian oak, lamps - the modern interpretation of an ethnographic Lithuanian straw garden, the waiters' cloths - the creation of a Lithuanian designer. These are also some historic value. In the 16th-17th centuries during the Great Duchy of Lithuania, the Small Guild and the Merchant Guild took place in the building. It was full of bazaar life, handicraft workshops, merchandise shops.
