Everyone knows that moving is essential to your health. You feel happier, feel better in your skin, fall off and feel fit. However, for many people, it's a big step to go to a sports center. Mostly because one does not feel at home at a sports center. That's exactly why Sjabbens Sports & Health is different. At Sjabbens Sports & Health everyone feels at home, young, old, fat and thin.

Our group lessons are cozy and well-attended, in our gym there are always friendly staff available. It is about the fact that our members are well in a cozy atmosphere. Afterwards, if they visit the sauna and have a drink at the bar, they will return home with a good feeling.

Many people have little time to practice. If you go then the surroundings are of course very important. You do not want to be watched or dropped out. There is no one in the show.
