In the preparation of dishes we always use the freshest and most natural products, without the addition of baking powder, flavor enhancers and preservatives. Our bread is always warm, crisp, cozy, fresh, homemade! Every day we add something new to the menu, depending on the season, mood or your wishes! Our pride and favorite is the Georgian Tone oven, in which we bake shoti puri. This bread is baked on stones under the ground at a depth of 1.5 meters, so it has magical powers.
