Teatr Małego Widza

The Theater of Little Spectator was created with the view of the youngest spectators from the age of 1. We are the first repertoire and stationary theater for children in Warsaw. Our overriding ideas are simplicity, honesty, naturalness and commitment. Theater for the youngest, is a theater adapted to their perception, to their way of watching the world. Our productions are sensory, based on senses, images, aesthetics and rhythm. Small spectators can laugh, laugh and laugh, and after the spectacle they are invited to play together on stage. There is no history or relationship between the characters. There are sounds, colors, lights, movement, objects. It's a theater where a small audience does not have to scratch their heads, because everything is happening in a "faint perspective". At the Theater of the Little Spectator, there is no light going off, there is no clear division into the stage and the audience, spectators sit on colored cushions and mattresses. This is the meaning of communication. Here the actor constantly strives for the view of a small audience - he seeks agreement. The language of the theater is just a tool in trying to reach the sensibility of a small audience. This is an important meeting. It's more than a theater.
