Beautiful family house built in typical Dalmatian style fully equipped for rent. It is just a 5-minute walk away from the center of Biograd and the city bustle, yet hidden in the peaceful surroundings of the city. The pebble beach is only 200 meters away from this oasis of peace.

The house is ideal for a larger family or group of friends (but up to ten people) who would like a peaceful and pleasant stay and vacation on the coast.

This two-storey house has 4 bedrooms with double beds, and a living room equipped with a sofa bed for two people. Each bedroom in the house has a balcony overlooking the sea. The entire upper floor is air-conditioned and has access to a spacious terrace with garden furniture for a large number of people and a beautiful sea view. Also, each floor has its own bathroom, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, where you will find everything you need for preparing meals: stove with oven, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and of course kitchenware. In addition, the house is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and iron.

The house has a beautiful green garden of 350 square meters with a spacious terrace and barbecue. There is a refreshing shower in the garden during the day or after returning from the beach. Also, our guests are provided with a parking space, towels and bed linen.

A beautiful house with architecture typical for Croatian coastal towns and villages completely furnished for rent. It is only 10 minutes walk from the center of Biograd and its town life, but hidden in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood. It takes 200 meters to get to the beach and enjoy swimming and diving in the Adriatic Sea.

The house is ideal for large families (up to 10 persons) who would like to have nice and quiet relaxed holidays on Croatian coast. However, it is also possible to accommodate a smaller number of people (but not less than 6).

This two floor house consists of 4 bedrooms with king size beds and a living room with a sofa that opens to a double bed. Each room has a balcony overlooking the sea. The entire upper floor is air conditioned and has access to the terrace with outdoor furniture for many people and with magnificent sea view. Each floor has a bathroom, one with a shower and another with hot tab.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, where you will find everything that you need to prepare a meal: a cooker with an oven, a fridge, a kettle and of course cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. A washing machine and a iron board are also provided.

In the living room you can watch TV. The house has a beautiful large green garden with a large terrace and barbeque where you can enjoy all your meals and delicious fruits from the garden (the garden has trees of figs that you are welcome to taste :)). A parking space, bed linen and towels are also provided.

There is an additional cost for cleaning the house (on request) as well as for a residence fee (obligatory).
