Afrojazz Club gives pre-bands, around 21.00, to people or parties that reflect the values of the club. Speech series themes include: multiculturalism, humanitarianism, the environment, solidarity, equality, the rights of indigenous peoples, the peace movement, spirituality and communality.

The keynote speech was launched on February 11 by Päivi Sinkkonen, who reported on the Finnish Red Cross No Racism project. 25.2. two Helsinki African Film Festival short documentaries were shown, 10.3 was the Tünti Partti, known for the Angelit band, which tells about Sámi and 24.3. Jaana Valkama's speaker was the spirituality and environmental issues of Native Americans. 7.4. We hear Pia Oksa, Director of Human Rights, from Amnesty Finland, 21.4. Janne Ponnikas from Earth Friends and 5.5. as guest from Juha Vakkuri from Africa to Villa Karosta. 19.5. Party Speaker, Pekka Haavisto of the Greens.
