A few words about ART:

It was created in the summer of 2006 by the Department of Mechanical Engineering Of Mechanical Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. It consists of a team of ambitious, talented and creative students whose motivation is their passion and passion for success and their goal is to represent the University in Formula SAE Series international competitions. He has participated in seven fights so far, marking significant distinctions: -2007 Formula SAE Italy-Fiorano de Modenese. -2008 Formula Student UK-Silverstone track-best newcomer. -2009 Formula Student UK-Track Silverstone- 1st place in Mechanical Design 2nd place in the overall ranking. -2010 Formula SAE Italy-Varano de 'Melegari-Prize for more friendly team. -2011 Formula Student UK-Track Silverstone- 1st place in the Acceleration Run-Off final 6th place in costing the car 8th place in the overall ranking among 91 entries from all over the world "Virtual Formula Student" award from Mobil 1 among 3000 competing. -2012 Formula Student Germany-Track Hockenheimring- 23rd among 77 teams. -2012 Formula SAE Italy-Varano de 'Melegari- 3rd place in the race for fuel economy and fuel economy 4th place in business plan presentation 3rd place in overall ranking. For the first time Greece and the Aristotle Racing Team are on the podium !!!! -2013 Formula Student UK-Track Silverstone- 31st place among 98 teams -2016 Formula Student Hungary-Gyor track 2nd place in the costing event 3rd in the category of gasoline

The team is currently preparing for the 2016-2017 season by improving the 5th car of the ART-16 team, aiming to continue its appearances on Europe's top slopes, claiming even greater distinction !!

In summer of 2006, a group of ambitious and imaginative friends, students of the Mechanical Engineering Department at the Faculty of Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, decided to create a team that could deliver their knowledge into reality. They managed to design, manufacture, and run a single-seated racecar that complied with FSAE rules to compete in Formula SAE Series. This was the first ever running car in Thessaloniki by students. ART can name 7 successful participations in Formula SAE series, including significant awards: -2007 Formula SAE Italy-Fiorano de Modenese -2008 Formula Student UK-Silverstone-Best Newcomer Team -2009 Formula Student UK -Silverstone- Class 3 Design Winners Class 3 2nd Overall Winners -2010 Formula SAE Italy-Varano de 'Melegari-Most Friendly Team -2011 Formula Student UK-Silverstone- Acceleration Run-off Winners 6th place in the cost event 8th Overall place among 91 participations Special Award "Virtual Formula Student" of Mobil 1 company among 3000 competitors. -2012 Formula Student Germany-Hockenheimring-23rd place among 77 participations -2012 Formula SAE Italy-Varano de 'Melegari- 3rd overall winners in endurance and fuel efficiency 4th place in the business plan presentation 3rd overall winners. A greek team is on the podium for the first time !!!! -2013 Formula Student UK-Silverstone-Track 31st place among 98 teams -2016 Formula Student Hungary-Gyor Track 2nd place in cost analysis 3rd place in combustion class

The team is currently preparing for the 2016-2017 season with a brand new, streamlined car continuing her appearances in the top tracks of Europe claiming even greater achievements!
