The history of barbecue in the United States began in the nineteenth century in the south of the country. The word is often confused with barbecue sauce. Barbecue means the way of preparing meats on the grill, in the oven and in the smokehouse.  In our restaurant, the boss gets up every morning to light the wood in the ovens, prepare the meat and watch the fire and baking process for a long, long time.  Before the meat goes to the oven, we carefully choose meat because only the best quality will leave the best memories of taste and aroma to our guests.
