We have an Orto and an Orchard, a total of 8,000 square meters. with: 25 varieties of vegetables, Jerusalem artichokes, figs, a small vineyard and over 500 blueberry plants We own 25 Beehives that give us 3 different honey qualities. We raise hens of 8 different races that, scratching in a large open space, give us excellent eggs. About 80% of the raw materials come from our organic farms and farms, the rest are supplied by other Lombardy Organic Farms, favoring the PDO - Protected Designation of Origin. We use low temperature cooking techniques that, while ensuring maximum food safety, allow you to maintain the main nutritional properties, taste and tenderness of the food. We limit the use of Refined White Sugar, White Flour, Salt and Milk Vaccine. The main cheeses, ingredients of our menus, are hard to make, with long aging, the lactose content is reduced to a minimum. We are sensitive towards the gluten intolerant, more and more numerous. In particular, the September menu, except the bread, is totally GLUTEN-FREE. We are not a Zoo with animals of all kinds, perhaps inedible. We are an Agriturismo, perhaps different from others, perhaps innovative, maybe that's what we want.
