Cinque stalle bed and breakfast

The b & b Cinquestalle, in Monopoli, is an old rural house, typical of these places, located on a hill surrounded by the scents and colors of the Mediterranean. The whiteness of lime, dry stone walls, ancient olive trees and prickly pears enhance its essentiality. There is a hectare of land that we take care of naturally, without using pesticides, we collect rainwater and we use it with respect and parsimony. In the ancient stone courtyard, the center of rural life of the past, there are the guest rooms born from the recovery of five old stables.
