Das Internationale Theater

The aim of the International Theater is to make authentic experiences of cultures from all over the world in the various forms of artistic expression in a varied program for the people of the Rhine-Main region. For foreigners living in the surrounding area, the theater wants to be a cultural home and at the same time serve as a cultural showcase for all other interested people, thereby contributing to cultural appreciation and tolerance towards the foreigner.

Under professional conditions, artists from all over the world always present all forms of the performing arts with the culture in which they grew up: speech and music theater, dance and non-verbal forms of presentation, readings, concerts and - occasionally - film and accompanying exhibitions. There are 150 events a year with 100 guest performances from 28 different cultures.
